pistachio encrusted and served over a truffle risotto with a citrus beurre blanc


8oz Broiled Lobster Tail
with a flavorful blue crab stuffing accompanied with drawn butter


New Zealand Lamb Chops
with a rosemary merlot wine sauce and mint jelly


Veal Ossobuco
braised and slow roasted veal shank


King Salmon
enjoy the unmatched flavor of our Wild-Caught Salmon presented on a bed of spinach, herb butter & cherry tomato orzo and finished with a lemon beurre blanc

Petite Filet Mignon served with a merlot demi glace & butter basted cold water lobster
